International customers can order by e-mail. English and Chinese are available. If you want to purchase our item, please DO NOT use shopping cart, please fill in below order form then e-mail us. 2．Do you ship orders outside of Japan?

Yes, we ship to all international destinations by insured International Express Mailing Service(EMS). All packages will be delivered within 15+ business days from the date the order was shipped out. Each packages has tracking numbers, you can confirm shipping status at here . Please also note that there may be a taxes and duties fee charged by your country's customs department. Remember taxes and duties are your responsibility, these fees are not included in the shipping cost of your order.

3．Do I have to pay with a credit card?

We DO NOT accept Money Orders, please use paypal. Please DO NOT send us cash, we are not responsible for. If you wish to pay by other method, please email to info@milky-ange.com .

4．Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer print catalogues.

5．What are your shipping rates?

1. Orders shipped to international addresses can only be shipped out via EMS.
2. All orders placed after 3pm japanese time will not be shipped out until the following business day.
3. If your billing address differs from your shipping address, please understand that your order process may take longer due to authorization procedures.
4. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight amount of your order.
5. For international orders, a tracking number is available. we are not responsible for taxes, duties or tariffs)
6. Signature is required on all packages.
7. The day that your order is being shipped out on, is not considered your 1st business day.
8. All international deliveries are shipped via a local postal service.

6.　How can I track my package?

Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours from us. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up on here.

7.　How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We DO NOT ship or deliver on holidays or weekends. Also DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addressed at this time. Average 7 to 15 business days, maybe delayed due to Customs.
